I love this app. It is easy to use and has proven to be very helpful in reminding me to drink more water. The loss of a half star is for two things--both of which might be too difficult to incorporate. The first is being able to adjust per day the amount of water required. I ride my bike 5 times a week for 2-3 hours, so that will adjust my daily requirement. It would also be helpful to know what constitutes exercise. I do weights or stretching for 45 minutes in the morning before I do an hour of elliptical. I then take 2 to 3-- hour long walks each day, then of course the bike rides in the summer and /or swimming. The other thing would be a few more drink choices. I realize there are many drinks and they cannot all be included individually. However, things like Gatorade, is that equal to juice or other, or what? Again, though, I have to say I really like this app and am very happy I purchased it.
